Question for any tiki Swizzle stick experts!

I've noticed on the back of my Luau B.H. swizzle as well as Don The Beachcomber swizzle, the markings of "BERN WOLF ASSOCIATES BEVERLY HILLS".
Does anyone know if these were the copyright attorneys of the design, or was this the actual manufacturer of the above swizzles? I've googled and dug for hours, but cannot identify this marking. Anyone with some knowledge feel free to enlighten me!
