Moai cheapskate needs help

But it will take close to $90 to get it to my doorstep (cost and shipping)

Is the item available elswhere at a lower price, or is this a fair deal and I should be happy with buying it there?

This guy has a name I can't remember. Garden Moai Joe or Tim or Tom or Mike. He is 50$ from their website and $12 to ship. He is hollow and you fill him with water.
