Our mugs are suppose to be here today. We will see with this weather we are having if it happens or not.

It says on the order site that these are limited edition... does anyone know if they'll still be around when the restaurant opens?

I like to get a tiki establishment's tiki mug as a memento of a visit there. I'd like to do that with this one as well, but I'm worried that if I wait, they will be gone!

O what to do? What to do?

Is there a Tiki God of divination that can help me out here?

Check out the info in this article that was posted in "General Tiki". It looks like there were 1,000 made in brown and 300 were pre-ordered. If they sell out of the brown ones, they will probably make another batch with a green glaze. So, my guess is there will be some brown ones left when they open, but they won't be around for long.

I too wanted to get my mug at Trader Vic's, but after talking to the guy decided against it. He did say there would be only a certain number ordered and once they were gone they were gone. He also said he didn't think any would be left by the time I went to the restaurant. I didn't want to take any chances after that. I would recommend ordering yours now.
