Can anybody ID this Witco style statue?

I came across this today in St. Augustine, FL and wondered if anyone could identify it? It's 18" tall overall and made from plaster. There is a sticker underneath that reads " Tiki Isles Enterprises, Longwood Florida". Perhaps it was something sold at the Tiki Gardens

Hey, Jax, have you been by The Trade Winds in St. Aug? They have a Witco fountain in the entryway.

Looks like a CoCo Joe design only bigger. I think it was one of the early designs. This guy
