NorCal bamboo coffee tables @ Thrift!

Pages: 1 0 replies

Yesterday I found 2 bamboo/rattan coffee tables at the Thrift Town in El Sobrante on San Pablo Dam Rd. One was a large square one, couldn't find the price, and it was missing it's glass top. Seemed like a perfect opportunity for a creative tikiphile to make their own tabletop! The table looked to be in very good condition, not dry or weathered or discolored. Just missing a top and maybe a price. I'm sure it's cheap because...

There was another coffee table, rectangular, of standard size, with the glass top. Everything looked to be in excellent condition, just needed a little dusting and Windex. $20!! If I didn't already have one that went with my set I would have crammed it into the Toyota and headed back to Sacto!

The tables do not match each other, but are the same color. If you've got a big enough tikiroom you could use them both! Good luck tiki folks-I hope someone here picks them up! Not vintage, but probably 80's? Still, very nice find!
