News of an older Polynesian-styled apartment complex in La Habra, CA (east of Whittier) - sadly it is now re-designed. ....

Dang, Vern, I'm bummed I missed that one in time to catch the name ON the building, the term TIKI on apartments was relatively rare. Zulu, did you know about this place?
