As is known, she did 16 covers for Martin Denny, but I am interested in using the collective brain trust here to help flesh out the mystery of the Mystery Girl... She also appeared in a number of movies and TV shows. Evidently, she pretty much retired in the 60's. At least there seems to be very little info on her career after about 1967. Presumably, that's about the time she got married. Evidence also indicates that she dies in LA in 1995, at the age of 60.

Wikepedia: Sandra Warner and we know how reliable Wikepedia is.

The model for those two album covers looks to be the same woman. The upper half of the face looks like her, but the chin is less prominent. I'm wondering if this is a trick of the camera? If she held her face inclined slightly toward the camera, it could minimize her chin (like foreshortening, only the opposite direction. Aftshortening?)
