Uke player obituary

I r4ead this obit in the NY Times today. I do not know this person but he sounds like he was a very cool guy, he was a uke player.

He was scheduled to play at the Nokomis Uke Festival the same day we were there and I was REALLY looking forward to hearing him play.

I read an article about him in an airplane mag on the way to Hawai'i once and he seemed like a humble guy.

He passed just a couple days before the festival.

Very talented man.

This guy was extraordinary. I blogged his beautiful Maile Waltz video a few months ago...
and then all of a sudden he's gone.
