Hi all, My friend and I are heading out to San Diego mid-May for a long weekend. We want/need to know of any tiki bars, or similar themed establishments, where we can soak up some tiki vibes and drink from (and purchase) fun tiki mugs-preferably to some nice music (no hip/hop or rap please..had enough of that at Taboo Cove). Any input much appreciated! Thank you. Tikitommy |

tikitommy When in San Diego you'll want to drop by Bamboo2U in beautiful Leucadia on Pacific Coast Hwy. They have a very good assortment of tiki & Hawaiiana stuff including mugs, tikis, furniture, art, etc. I was just there last saturday and if I hadn't run out of money I'd probably still be there! Check it out on http://www.bamboo2u.com. Also very close to Lou's Records for a great selection of new & used lounge, exotica, surf vinyl & CDs at reasonable prices. |
