cool deal,
will be cool to see good music at Don's in the bar, instead of Karaoke.

Sounds like fun! I'd say get there early as the bar is not too big! As a matter of fact, go there for dinner first! Check out the menu and all work Bamboo Ben has done inside! The Happy Hour is from 4-7 ni the bar as well.

Who's all going to be there TC peeps??

Highly recommended... great surf originals and cool covers (Quiet Village, Endless Summer, etc).

They sound even better in the setting of Ron's incredible back yard paradise.
This will be fun.

I've been getting some calls about the show tonight at Don's. If everyone I've talked to shows up, then the place will be packed! It looks like WooHoo and I will be there around 5:30 to enjoy some happy hour food and grog!

I think we are going there for dinner to celebrate Jen's birthday!

I'm there !

I will be there too. I hope to have Marie make me a cocktail  the bartenders just keep getting better.

So last night Scott, my mom, my brother and I had dinner at Don's. It was great!

Cocktails were awesome to start.

Appetizers (calamari and artichoke/spinach canoe) were super yummy.

Our dinners were perfect (kahlua pork, 2 seared ahis and scallops). Couldn't have been better.

And the service was great. Our waiter Chris was exceptional.

They even brought a chocolate lava cake with a candle for my birthday and yum, yum, yum!

The crew at Don's has done a wonderful job with the place! We will definitely be back for some more meals!

I swung by for the 1st set.
I was at a B-day party in Oceanside,
then had to go to another show in Anaheim, to talk to the Booker about having a show there.

But it was great to see the Tiki Shakers in Don's
perfect place for them, in my book.

good turn out, but would have been nice to see some more TC people there.
but it was a last minute thing.

Them Shakers wuz awesome as always! I love the fact that they're not stuck in one genre of surf and get into more moody, lush stuff. We made them play til 2 AM. :D

Thanks for posting the photos WooHoo!

Looks like y'all had fun. Wish we didn't have to leave after dinner, but Elizabeth (the skinny dog!) can only be alone for about 2 hours these days, so.........................

Yes it was!
