I believe that this was one of at least three Chan's restaurants in New Jersey. The others were Chan's Dragon Inn and Chan's Hawaii Inn.

This is one of two matchbooks that I have from Chan's restaurants in New Jersey. I am assuming that these restaurants are all related because of the name, font, logo Maori tiki and proximity to one another. See the Chan's Dragon Inn thread.
