Variable Speed Buffing Motor

I have a Buffing Motor that is 1/2 HP, 110V, 3.5 amp and is spinning at 3450 RPM. I am looking for SPECIFIC PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION, based on experience (not speculation) that can convert it to a variable speed device.
