I paint "Roadside" type works and am damn interested in the rise of the TIKI in Restaurant history. I have owned/run historic diners and was a GM of The Castaway (prior to Tallichet selling it) in upstate NY. I am more traditional in my style and LOVE all the work done by TC Artists, although they have a vision and whimsy that I could never approach. I love documenting what is gone and recreating it in a "period" feel. Just a question. Thank you to the artists and others who give this genre it's due.....Drinking too much Appleton in Appleton....
