It's a Judd's Hill winemaker dinner and I'll be featuring my vino and ukulele with four courses seamlessly paired with four Judd's Hill wines at this wonderful Michellin-starred restaurant!

bushi-tei is a French California Fusion restaurant featuring Chef Seiji Wakabayashi's classical training in French cuisine combined with the Japanese delicacies of his heritage. Chef Wakabayashi creates meticulously blended pairings of complementary ingredients to create astonishing offerings.

Chef has created a four-course menu specifically to pair seamlessly with four Judd's Hill wines.

bushi-tei has earned a coveted star in the Michellin Guide and 3 stars from Michael Bauer of the San Francisco Chronicle. This is certainly an experience not to be missed!

It's this very evening, so join in for some delectable cuisine paired with some vino fino at one of The City's finest restaurants... all for less $ than most single bottles of wine. Not too shabby. Hope to see you.
