The decor was 'completely South Seas' and included an '8-foot tall hand-carved Tiki-god fountain, palm trees, thatched huts, and a rock garden' with special lighting effects. The Pearl Street Warehouse closed sometime between late 1971 and 1974. The building has since been razed and the address is now within the site of the new Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
