Recipe - Zombie Beach Brain Freeze

By popular demand - (well, 2 or 3 people asked for it -!) Here is the recipe for the drink served at our "Surf Dance Pad" room party at Tiki Oasis 9:

ZOMBIE BEACH BRAIN FREEZE

1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Orgeat
1/2 oz Knudsen's Cocoanut Nectar
1/2 tsp Creme de Cacao
1/2 tsp Galliano
1/2 tsp Green Chartreuse
1/2 tsp homemade Ginger syrup (Sippin Safari recipe - I used agave instead of sugar just to be "special")
Dash Bitters
1 cup ice cubes

Blend on "high" in a powerful blender for 5 seconds or until it is the consistency of a Slurpee

Drink slowly or suffer the BRAIN FREEZE!

Very tasty! I'd never tried anything with Green Chartreuse before.
