Just finished this piece from the jewelry bench.. It's a Maori Pahaku (Altar) style image, 3 inches and a beauty. That patina you're seeing on this piece is honest-to-God and untouched..it's carved from a piece of 12,000-plus year-old Blue Whale bone from Alaska dug by the Inuit Eskimo during the summer thaws. This animal was swimming the oceans long before mankind was ever a threat to it's beauty. It's 170.00 postpaid. Very very rare material, very timeless mana and a good price. If you'd like to have it just drop me a line here or at [email protected] and I'll get it ready to ship! The Cockeyed Mayor Of CarvaKaKai. [ Edited by: Basement Kahuna 2009-11-03 12:37 ] |

Have a small amount of this material left as well which may become a mate to this piece in the future, so the buyer of this piece will recieve first refusal on the second piece of whalebone's finished product. |
