Future Trader Vic's locations

The Trader Vic web site has been revamped, and it includes a long list of future Trader Vic's restaurants and lounges:

It's an interesting list if you break it down regionally.
Caribbean: 10
Middle East: 8
England: 3

Several places are on both the restaurant and lounge lists, and some places are gettin a Senor Pico as well as a TV. Only one U.S. location on the list: Kansas City.
