I googled the address and came up with a listing for Evergreen Chinese Restaurant. I tried the phone number, but it is no longer in service. The building looks vacant (if I was looking the right way at the google street view.) I found a little more info online: "Evergreen, Special Lunch Menu Available, NEW LOW PRICES!, Elegant Dining & Catering, Featuring: Cantonese Polynesian Szechuan and Hunan Cuisines, MSG CAN BE ELIMINATED, Karaoke Saturday Night 10:00 pm." So it looks like they stuck with the Polynesian cuisine till the end.
