Samoan MP sparks outrage after calling parliamentary speaker a testicle

"In a country more at home with colourful shirts than colourful language, a politician has sparked a furore across deeply conservative and religious Samoa by calling the parliamentary speaker a testicle."

And... is it just me, or does this picture of Samoa's Parliment look like some state's slightly run-down visitor center, as you cross the border on the Interstate? Or, one of those 60's fast food places, originally designed to look like a giant hamburger, but now used as a real estate office? A shame they didn't build something outwardly more evocative of the traditional long house.
