DCC USA Coconut mug?

Aloha!

I was just wondering if anyone had info on the DCC USA Coconut mug. In a world swarming with coconut mugs, these don't seem to pop up very often. Were they for home use, or a generic brand for bars & restaurants? Who is DCC and what else did they make? There are only three listed on Ooga-Mooga, so are they rare, or just something no one cares about?

My wife found some at a yard sale, which got me wondering about their history.
