Curb alert: There is a 1940's 4 band rattan chair that needs restoration & re upholstery located on the curb in front of 2303 San Jose Ave at the corner of Oak. The recent rain has cause a lot of damage, but it's not beyond repair (yet). It's sitting on the curb and is not easily visible because of parked cars blocking the view.
