the headhunter hideaway - chicago

Well....it's gettin to be about that time. Gonna start work on my home tiki bar, which is situated in the attic of our brick bungalow.....when i bought the place, the upstairs was refinished with new drywall....apparently they had plans to turn it into a family room or master bedroom one day....i'm turning it into a tiki bar/room....the floor is still raw wood from the original attic...the window is original and needs replacing.....first up, i have to build some low walls and a new stair way railing....i'll post pics of what the room looks like and my plans to convert it shortly....this will be no quick transformation but i will post progress pics as i go.....obviously, there will be a headhunter type theme...along with this will be a collection of small works of shrunken head art i have either traded, commisioned or bought from various artists over the years.....

hurry up we don't have all day! :)
