10" plaster tiki

I'm looking for the design name and age. The two holes in the top appear as eyes on the face. I guess this would be a candle holder. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think it is from Trader Franks at Tiki Gardens in Florida....

I've had a few pieces manufactured by the same place. The others were very 1970s in style. It is possible that something like this was sold in the gift shop at Tiki Gardens, but unless it has a price tag or has the Tiki Gardens logo, you can't be sure.
