Can anyone suggest a Collins mix that's at least passable? Thanks |

I have no idea. Why do you need a mix? Lemon juice and sugar, right? |

I'm just tired of having a bunch of half empty bottles of club soda in the refrigerator. |

I actually have the same problem all the time. The club soda liter is 99 cents, the individual six pack is 3.99....but since I don't use it all that often, the liter gets wasted each time. |

Vons/Safeway usually has Club soda on sale for $1.25 a sixer. I like the extended remix of In the Air Tonight but, I really like the Tupac remix version. Doh, juice one lemon and disolve 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar in it. That should be enough for two Collins cocktails. Increase accordingly. [ Edited by: Mr. NoNaMe 2010-05-22 18:47 ] |

Try a Palm Springs Collins: Make a Tom Collins and to it add a splash of cranberry juice, twist of orange and a cherry to boot. Hey baby, it's Palm Springs! |
