Scrimshaw

Many thanks to the crowd at the Hukilau who made my first one such a success, I sold everything I brought with me except the two big tusk sections of mammoth which are now on the market in the Mai Kai gift shop. Thanks Hazel! :)

These are both east coast scenes but if you would like a scene like this incised on genuine mammoth ivory, the price for these 4" oval canvases ranges from $800- $1,500 based on complexity...these can get very very detailed if you want them that way. Or, sketching in traditional naive tradition.
