Pino Grigio Syrup

Has anyone ever tried making this? What would the proper ratios be?

There is a great hendricks gin drink that calls for this at a local place, but i am not sure how to make the syrup - using simple syrup in place of it made for a way too sweet drink

I would try mixing at a 1:1 ratio of pinot and sugar. Try mixing cool first and see how that tastes.

What's the drink recipe?

4 part hendricks gin
2 part st germain elderflower liquor
1 part pino grigio syrup
squeeze two wedges of lemon

garish with lemon

SO awesome...didnt even realize it was a pino syrup but that balances it out so nicely
