Ishtar--probably not on for a while

Worst movie ever? No way. Worth $40 million back in 1987? Not even close, but still worth watching. It comes on Turner Classic Movies at 1 am PDT.

I've seen a lot of worse movies than this one. It actually cracked me up in a couple of places. As a matter of fact, I think I can come up with at least 20 or 30 crappier movies. Maybe that's a new thread.

The fact that Turner Classic showed this is really disturbing, like I might turn in next week and find Ang Lee's Hulk showing.

Showing Ishtar does fit in with TCM airing films no one else will. But in the case of Ishtar there's a good reason it's not aired.

Ishtar is one of the funniest, under-rated movies of the 80's.
