See that thread for some outstanding news about the return of Falernum to these shores. Apparently Velvet Falernum is what they serve in Barbados for xmas holidays. It's a little stronger than white Falernum, and is made with spices, lime, and a little rum to stabilize the lime. About 11%. -martin |
