This one just came up for rent for $1,700. Seems like one just begging for a tiki bar in it somewhere.

Has a lot of cool features like bamboo pattern pulls, pagoda laterns, lava rock accents, etc.

The first time I saw it that whole living room and entry area was grasscloth, which looked real swanky with the flagstone floors and wood trim. The grasscloth unfortunately was in bad shape and just stripping it and painting it was the more viable option for a rental, but man, it would look great with that back in.
