Heyho from The Apo-Tiki Lounge in Argassi, Zante, Greece

Just thought I'd say hi to you folks. Just opened a tiki bar on an island in Greece called the Apo-Tiki Lounge. Apotiki has many meanings from a tiki party to the Greeks armoured skirt but my favourite is "slave to ones debt" in Hebrew. I'll post pics etc once I figure this site out. Yammas!

Hey Mag PI,
I was drinking with a buddy and we wanted a Mai tai but, the bar did not have orgeat. We designed a Mai tai with amaretto like your #2.
I suggest doubling the rum and the amaretto. Maybe one Havana Club and one Jamaican. Appleton extra or 12 yr.
