I have this menu from The Luau restaurant located in Borrego Springs. Some great graphics and fonts.

Could not find out much else on this location. Anybody else heard of it before?

Borrego Springs is located 85 miles north east of San Diego in the Borrego Valley.

The Luau was the local airport's first restaurant and was developed by Ben Audette.

It is now an Italian restaurant. Current interior picture below. Note MCM exposed beam ceiling.
