Found Witco Fountain?

I picked up this guy at an estate sale in Oceanside CA. The owner told me he had ordered it from his decorater who got it from Washington state.

Haven't decided yet. It is fairly beat up, rot and bug damage. I would like to get the bowls made up for the fountain though. Was thinking about asking Bosko, because he is close or asking Ken Pleasant what he could do remotely.
