Is this a Witco?

I was at the Rose Bowl over the weekend and happened upon a guy who had this little beauty below. Thinking it was a Witco I snapped it up for 20 bucks! It looks ALOT like the one on page 215 of Tiki Modern by Sven A. Kristen but I am not 100% sure if it is or not. Can anyone help me and let me know if it is or if it isn't who made it?

Thanks for your help guys! And yes it was a real bitch to lug this around. I made it about 1 row and then had to walk a mile to the car to drop it off! Scored alot of good tiki items this weekend though! Thanks again!
