Grilled Cheese Sandwich-infused Mt. Gay Rum, Anyone?

This cocktail will be on the Smugglers Cove menu soon, right?

Does not sound as good as the bacon infused vodka Bloody Mary

I saw that article a few days ago and have to say, although i'm quite adventurous when it comes to drinks i dont think I could bring myself to order one. I'd happily try a sip of someones given the chance, but to shell out the big bucks first, no way.

This opportunity is as good as any to point out that a few drops of Myers really work wonders on an oven hot YAM after it has been cut open! I do like a couple of other non-cocktail rum applications, but this one really was an eye opener.

I want to just taste it to see how it is, but I'm not willing to ruin a bottle of rum to try it myself. Hopefully, someone will try it and report back.
