Gabbahey! I've been meaning to comment on your painting for days and haven't got to it!!! I think it's great! I too am a beginning artist and I know how hard it is to post your first works. Keep pushin' on and keep posting you works so we can see them. |

Thanks guys, that's encouraging. It is oil pastels on something called suede paper that my wife found me at the craft store. It is already ridgid so that helps and real velvet was outside of my price range anyway. It is $2 a sheet at Joann's and took the color pretty well. I hope to have some more soon and am on the hunt for a wood frame. gabbahey |
