Just find this story vaguely upsetting. And no mentions of a fez being involved.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Federal prosecutors on Monday charged Charles J. Randazzo, managing member of Financial Network of America, with bribing then-Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora and then-County Auditor Frank Russo in exchange for Dimora helping Financial Network be selected as a deferred compensation provider for county employees.
In 2004, Randazzo gave $1,079.14 each to Dimora and Russo toward the purchase of artificial palm trees for their backyards, according to the charges that were filed in the form of an information.
Dimora used his money toward the purchase of a tiki hut instead, the information states. Randazzo also plied Dimora and his friends with wine, food and meals.
When an information is filed instead of an indictment, it generally means the defendant is planning to plead guilty.
From 2004 to 200, Randazzo also asked Dimora to introduce him to other public employees who could help his company obtain public contracts, the information states.

they could find an expert witness on TC to testify that the hut is NOT TIKI unless there is a tiki on it or in it.
