Los Straightjackets and Insect Surfers at the Redwood Bar - Thurs, Apri 28th

I was waiting for BigTikiDude to post this but that guy's getting lazy...

Yup, Los Straightjackets are playing that night at the Redwood Bar & Grill !!

So if you're sober enough to drive after celebrating Tiki-Ti's 50th year anniversary party that night, this would be a fun 2nd stop (or if you can't get into the Ti).

Also on the bill are the Insect Surfers. :) I remember being at one of Los Straight's first LA shows in the mid-90's. As I recall the Insects played on that bill as well at the (defunct) Alligator Lounge in Santa Monica.

Are Los Straights, Tiki ?? I dunno, but I think the Insects kinda are. You got Tikiyaki Jonpaul on bass, Boardwalker Jeff (aka TC's Don Brewski) sitting in on drums, and Insect Dave does keeps a mug at Don's. That's Tiki (or TC..eee) enough for me.
