tiki ti technical problems -help !!!

I am having trouble getting a hold of charlie to buy some tiki ti items... apparently i am not the only one having issues with their email- can anyone tell me how to get ahold of him so i can order some stuff or at least to tell them to check their facebook page. every email i sent has bounced back except one. is there an alternate email?
