Possible Tiki Farm price increases?

Pages: 1 3 replies

I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum for this topic, but out of all the options, it seemed the most appropriate.

Today, I received notice from Tiki Farm that there are some new mugs on the way and when I went to their web site to investigate, I saw something strange. Mainly, that a few of the mugs I purchased back in February went up in price. In particular, The Slickster and Mr. G Is Stoked mugs are now selling for $15.95 when, according to my order invoice, I paid $13.95 for each. Is this common practice for Tiki Farm? I know everything costs more these days, but our beloved Tiki mugs? Is nothing sacred?! :)

Just to further complicate matters, the Makalani bowl I also purchased in February mysteriously DECREASED in price from $18.95 to $17.95. What's going on?

You may have been getting the Tiki Central discount on your orders.

There was, until November of last year...

For over 6 years now, Tiki Farm has offered the TC Ohana an exclusive 15% discount on open edition items but we will no longer be offering this discount. We believe our dedication to providing the collectors of Tiki Farm brand merchandise at continued affordable pricing is more important to us than increasing price points substantially to continue on with this program.

We will continue to offer occasional promotions and exclusive special offers to the TC Ohana in the years to follow so be sure to keep an eye out on the TC boards for those announcements, which will be posted here under “General Tiki”.
