12 foot witco

I found this guy about 8 years ago. Supposedly from the Washington DC area. I sent pics to William Westenhaver but he wasn't sure who it was made for. Possibly a mall. I also have a 9 footer with three faces. Wish I had taller ceilings. Anyone know where he might have come from? Also does anyone know where I can get cedar blocks big enough to carve a few Mainlander water fountain bowls. Any info appreciated. Thanks and Aloha
