TC email subscription: how can I change it? HELP! - General Tiki

But, I get such an avalanche of emails every day it swamps the rest of my email. Is there any way to have it collect posts into weekly emails or something like that? I tried to filter the mail into a specific folder but it just won't work I have tried over and over with different key words or subject lines and it still won't filter it properly (yahoo mail). Please does anyone have any suggestions? This is getting out of hand and making it difficult to find non-TC emails. HELP!
