San Diego Cocktail - Beyond Tiki

Recently I spotted this info about a drink called the San Diego Cocktail on Cocktail Database: http://www.cocktaildb.com/recipe_detail?id=2037 Personally, I don't think I could come up with a cocktail recipe that seemed less appropriate than that for San Diego. Bourbon? Dubonnet!? So I worked on one and tested it at a local watering hole and now deem this the (un)official... San Diego Cocktail 2 oz Silver Tequila 1 oz Blue Curacao 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 1/2 oz Agave Nectar 2 dashes Orange Bitters Soda Water --- Shake all ingredients, except soda water, with ice, and pour into a Collins glass. Add ice to fill and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Enjoy

San Diego Cocktail

2 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Agave Nectar
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Soda Water

--- Shake all ingredients, except soda water, with ice, and pour into a Collins glass. Add ice to fill and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Enjoy
