Mixology Monday's Theme on February 20th is... Tiki!

Hello, all you mixers of greater Tiki knowledge than I. I'm hosting the monthly roving blog carnival, Mixology Monday this February, and the theme will be Tiki.
I want to invite all of you to participate on Monday, February 20th, 2012.

While MxMo is primarily a cocktail roundup, for this month, I'll be happy to see submissions about any sort of Tiki bar/life oriented subject you want to contribute, be it cocktails, attire, decor, music, or even food.
Just write something to help sell your love of Tiki to the greater mainstream cocktail community that reads MxMo Roundups.

If you have a blog, do your post there.
If not, you can post replies in this thread, or you can email me and I'll give you a guest author account on The Pegu Blog and you can blog your story there if you want a bit more formatting control, or just another venue in which to be read.

If you've never heard of Mixology Monday, posts can be long-winded as hell, or as short as a bare-bones recipe for a fitting drink that you just love and want to share. If you have a photo or photos, I'll use it to highlight your entry in the roundup posted a day or so later!
