Has anyone ever seen this bowl?

I just picked this bowl up at a thrift and was wondering if anyone has any idea about it I don't think I've ever seen a picture of it (just in case it has been posted elsewhere). It's looks like a take off on the Trader Vics bowl but it is huge the Tikis are a little over 7 1/2 inches tall and 11 inches away from one another the bowl portion is 9 inches at it's widest point, at first glance I thought it was a planter. The bottom has a cryptic logo that looks like it's a PS with a line thru it and it says Mexico?

Looks like from Tonala and Jalisco cities. Sorry...it's a start, but,not much help... :)
