Rand McNally Atlas Tiki

I was going through the 2012 Rand McNally atlas and my eyes fell upon this
on page 191 of the festival section. Chalk up one for Minnesota.

This year probably wasn't the best year for the Winter Carnival since we have seen so many days above freezing and with no snow.

But after the brutality of last year most people aren't complaining all that loud.
