Golden Coloda

I got this from the south london pacific website (http://southlondonpacific.com/).

The ingredients are:

Amaretto, Dark Rum, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Cream.

It's the amaretto that gives it the extra spark!

At a BBQ last weekend, I mixed up a new (?) cocktail using amaretto, dark rum, orange juice, cherry brandy, and a little triple sec. I've no idea if this equates with a real cocktail, but it tasted pretty decent.
