I made it to this show and as usual Secret Samurai tore it up! It has been awhile since I've been to Bar Pink on Tiki Tuesday and what a cool scene. Some nice exotica tunes being spun by the DJ, old school beach movies on the tube and topped off by Secret Samurai doing their thing.

While sitting at the bar I briefly spoke to a fellow from Colorado who was on a Tiki/ surfing trip. Was that someone who posts here? If so, I hope you get some good rides for all us sinners sitting behind a desk right now.

Secret Samurai is playing tomorrow night (5/16) at Panama 66 in Balboa Park from 7-9.

Panama 66 has Tiki Tuesdays and you might be able to order one tomorrow, but I am not positive. Panama 66 is owned by the same folks that own Tiger Tiger and is a cool outdoor venue in the Balboa Park Sculpture Garden.
