custom plastic swizzle sticks

i see events like the hukilau & ohana have custom plastic swizzle sticks made. anyone care to share a source and costs? i've googled, but there are numerous suppliers with varying designs & quantities. i'd much rather support a user or vendor within the community if there is one.
