Chainsaw info center

I searched for a post regarding chainsaws that carvers use. I figure we all could use some help once in a while regarding saws. I will start. I use a Echo 370 with a standard 14 inch bar and chain. I also run a echo 300 series with a smaller sprocket and chain for the few times I need that small detailing.(I can do a tech on changing the sprocket and chain if anyone is interested.) Feel free to share your prized saws, I am sure there are some custom machines out there. Any tips or tricks would help us all out.

Captain Jack, Holy cow, Do you run that beast off Newport? Ha Ha!
Aloha Station, Baileys is a killer spot. Good call, I think alot of people could use that info. Regarding the chisels, You chisel guys kick butt! That is way out of my caliber of talent. Thanks for posting the Baileys info.
The Big T, All of us carvers are crazy, Ha ha!

Those saws use a vibrating blade (2 actually) and are similar to the saws used for cutting plaster casts off of arms or legs
